The creditors are needed to be paid and the personal representative will make sure that they are paid successfully. The payment process must be done before distributing the asset the beneficiaries. The responsibility of the personal representative is to make the payment of the tax dues. All of the taxes and other payments to the state and federal government are needed to be done at first. The personal representative is responsible for preparing the documents. The person needs to submit an account in the name of the will. The account is needed to be paid from the property and assets.
