Attorney Liran R. Aliav was a featured speaker at the 21st Annual Educational Conference of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) from June 1-4, 2016 in Indian Wells, CA. Liran’s presentation was entitled “Special Needs Trusts Tax Tips for Professionals” wherein he discussed various strategies on managing and reducing tax implications when professional fiduciary’s are serving as a trustee of a special needs trust.
Liran Aliav practices in all areas of trusts and wills, including estate planning, trust litigation and disputes, trust and probate administration, probate litigation, and conservatorships. He has guided hundreds of clients in creating customized estate plans with asset protection, divorce protection, and complex distribution patterns. Liran is also proficient in advanced estate planning techniques that reduce or eliminate estate taxes and limit the reassessment of property taxes. Liran is a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Trusts and Estates Division of the Los Angeles Bar Association.
